User Agreement

This Use Agreement ("User Agreement" or "Agreement") is a contract between you and FreelancerPlazza.com, trade as FreelancerPlazza.com ("FreelancerPlazza.com", "us" or "we") operates www.FreelancerPlazza. com website ("Site"). The site is available for conditional acceptance of the Terms of Use. Please review the terms and conditions below before using the Site. 1. ELIGIBILITY

The only parties to a project are the Freelancer and Buyer. Freelancer's responsibilities and the buyer are set to the Services Agreement between the buyer and Freelancer. When you enter a transaction to create a legally binding contract with another user, unless the transaction is prohibited by law or by this User Agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that it meets its obligations to other users. If not, can be responsible for the User (s). 4. FEES

5. ACCOUNTS

5.1 Opening of Account

5.4 The Dormant Accounts
User accounts that are inactive for more than 365 days ("Dormant Account") will be charged U.S. dormant account $ 10 per month until the account is terminated or reactivated. FreelancerPlazza.com reserves the right to cancel inactive accounts with zero or negative balance.

5.5 Insufficient funds in the accounts

5.6 Taxes

6. AVOIDING COMMISSIONS

6.1 Prohibition of negotiations outside the room rate
It is strictly forbidden to try to negotiate the fee for a project with another member directly (outside FreelancerPlazza.com) after the project has been created / opened and before the project is closed (ie during an ongoing project) . By submitting User content to FreelancerPlazza.com (including but not limited to account creation, posting a resume, posting a profile, posting a portfolio, posting a project, sending messages through or FreelancerPlazza.com). FreelancerPlazza.com grants a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, display, and perform User content, under all user properties worldwide intellectual property rights. For avoidance of doubt, the creation of links to content hosted on servers other than that of FreelancerPlazza.com (such as a portfolio of sample works hosted on your own website) is not considered "submitting" such content for purposes of this licensing. No copyrighted material can be posted on the site. This includes scripts which are sold by the author. Only published articles or excerpts of these scripts, as examples, will be allowed. A "section" or "extract" be no more than 10% of the contents of the script. This is to protect the intellectual rights of copyright ownership.

8. User Restrictions

8.1 Advertising
Users are prohibited from advertising a web site on the site. Any URL you typed in a bid, project description, or message board, must relate to a project on FreelancerPlazza.com. An example of a permissible URL would be a user's portfolio or resume page.

8.2 Bid
Service providers can only bid as the total amount of money you are requesting for the project. You may not post an hourly bid or any other abnormal type of bid. This also applies to buyers of services. Buyers of services can not create projects that directly or indirectly require service providers to bid abnormal per hour or otherwise. The only exception, for both service buyers and service providers, is when the project is full time.

8.3 Buyer
The buyer agrees that:
• The buyer is strictly prohibited any redistribution of the content of the Site, including, but not necessary limited to private messages, documents, support tickets.
• The buyer will not use the buyer's account to post descriptions of projects false or misleading.
• The buyer will not post project descriptions that, at trial and FreelancerPlazza.com discretion, are inappropriate for the audience FreelancerPlazza.com s', spectators and visitors in the trial and FreelancerPlazza.com discretion.
• The buyer agrees to pay featured project fee if project posted should have been written appears.

8.5 General Restrictions
Users agree that:

• Users will not distribute unsolicited commercial messages ("spam") through User's account.
• Users will not contact employers or freelancers through the Site or the information obtained through our site with the intention to subvert the use of our services.
• Users will not engage in personal attacks, unfair criticism or negative attitudes of others or other forms of online behavior or rude and unprofessional practices.
• Users will not create multiple user accounts to avoid fees, suspension or bad ratings on the site.

8.6 Consequences of termination
In the event of termination, users are in violation of the Terms of Use will not receive any credit or payment of FreelancerPlazza.com.
